Academy of Intellects is a dream of almost a decade in the making. All details are completed with a lot of hard work, dedication, and expertise by the Founder.

We founded the Academy of Intellects in 2022 because we realised that the way organisations function, and people management are changing dramatically. We are here to change how the organisations operate by helping them to adapt to all shapes and sizes by providing job specific trainings through meaningful collaboration and sharing ideas.

Our Academy builds an institution that helps organisations use upskilling and reskilling to accelerate growth, advance innovation, drive transformation, and better serve their employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

The Academy supports the organisations in innovation, planning, human resource development at operational, tactical, and strategic level and conducts inspiring upskilling programmes. We provide consultation to all employees that face challenges at work or to those who wish to improve their competency, keep balance in life, and most of all be efficient and happy.
