The Academy of Intellects conducted an interactive four-day training programme on ‘Occupational and Organisational Stress Management’ for the senior management of Maldives Customs Service from March 13th to 16th, 2023. The programme was held at the Customs Service and facilitated by Mariyam Nuzuha, an Educational Consultant with over 25 years of experience in education and six years of counseling background.

The programme aimed to equip the senior management of Maldives Customs Service with the necessary skills and techniques to manage occupational and organizational stress effectively. The interactive sessions covered various topics related to stress management, including identifying stressors, managing stress through relaxation techniques, and enhancing emotional resilience.

Certificates were awarded to the participants by Mahmood Riyaz, Deputy Commissioner of Maldives Customs Services. The training programme was well-received by the senior management team, who appreciated the Academy’s efforts in providing such a valuable programme.
