The Academy of Intellects organized a full-day workshop on ‘Leadership Quest’ on March 18, 2023. This workshop aimed to help participants enhance their leadership skills and was facilitated by Mr. Fayaz Hassan, a distinguished corporate training specialist with over two decades of experience in education, training, and professional development.

Participants from both private and government organizations attended the workshop to learn from Mr. Fayaz’s vast knowledge and experience. The workshop was structured in a way that allowed attendees to actively engage and participate in various interactive activities and exercises, which helped them gain practical skills and insights into effective leadership.

At the end of the workshop, attendees were awarded certificates to acknowledge their participation and successful completion of the programme.
